Ein wichtiger Teil unserer Arbeit ist die Beratung von Menschen, die nach Deutschland zugewandert sind. Wir möchten versuchen Sie auf verschiedenen Ebenen (rechtlich, sozial, politisch, ökonomisch…), soweit es möglich ist, zu unterstützen.

Im Folgenden ist unser Angebot an Migrations- und Sozialberatung aufgelistet:

  • Soziale Einzelfallhilfe und Beratung
  • Schriftverkehr von Ämtern und Behörden
  • Übersetzung und Erklärung von Briefen und Bescheiden
  • Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsplatz- und Ausbildungsplatzsuche (Betreuung beim Schreiben von Bewerbungen und Lebensläufen)
  • Unterstützung im Asyl-, Arbeits-, Strafrecht…
  • Information über rechtliche Möglichkeiten und Rechtsmittel, Vermittlung von Rechtanwält*Innen
  • Überwachung von Fristen
  • Koordination von Ratsuchenden mit Behörden, Ministerien, Menschenrechtsorganisationen, Ärzt*Innen…

Migration and social counseling

An important part of our work is the counseling of people who have immigrated to Germany. We would like to try to support you on different levels (legal, social, political, economic…) as far as it is possible.

  • Translation and explanation of letters and notices
  • Support in the search for jobs and apprenticeships (assistance in writing applications and CVs)

  • Information about legal possibilities and legal remedies, mediation of lawyers
  • Monitoring of deadlines
  • Coordination of advice seekers with authorities, ministries, human rights organizations, doctors…
  • Procurement of evidence/argumentation support and information for client attorneys
  • Accompanying clients to authorities and observing trials
